DescriptionTai Chi is a slow-moving martial art that emphasizes balance, alignment, and relaxation.Open to all levels, this class includes Chi Gung, Tai Chi, and related exercises to buildcoordination, increased body awareness, and a focused mind. Each student can learn athis/her own pace in a relaxed, noncompetitive atmosphere. The exercises are safe for allages. Class begins June 4. Inclement weather class will be held at Saint Paul’s EpiscopalChurch.
