Mastering Monday: Identifying Your Company Culture
Company Culture: it’s more than just HR policies and happy hours. It’s a set of shared values, goals, attitudes, and practices. It’s about the way people feel about the work they do, where they see your company going, and what they’re doing to get it there. Join us to hear about the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s journey to build and continually evolve their company culture, and ultimately engage, teach, and inspire through the power of rock & roll.
