Vinyasa Yoga is a cleansing, dynamic and flowing style of hatha yoga which links breath and movement. Each class will bring a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through continuous movement. We will finish the evening repairing our muscles, ease our minds, relax our bones and nurture your spirit. During restorative yoga we will utilize a variety of props to allow the body to be supported as it opens itself to a deep level of stretching, relaxation, and renewal. It is during this time; participants will learn about the seven major chakras that are part of the yoga philosophy. Please bring your own yoga mat. Begins June 4.
