Tai Chi, Gentle Stretches and a Touch of Reflexology
DescriptionThis class focuses on a full body stretch using movements that flow smoothly to increaseflexibility, decrease muscle tension, develop core strength, and improve muscularbalance. Each class will focus on a guided Tai Chi series, stretches and a reflexologypoint for the participants to practice in class and on their own. Participants will leave eachclass feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated!
