Centering Prayer

Centering Prayer is a method of silent prayer that prepares us to receive the gift of contemplative prayer in which we experience God's presence with us. The focus of Centering Prayer is the deepening of our relationship with Jesus.

During the time of Centering Prayer, our intention is simply to rest in God's presence and consent to God's action within.
