Welcome to Elroy’s Italian-American Restaurant, where every meal feels like family dinner! Located in the heart of Downtown Fremont, find great Italian-American staples, family-friendly meals, warm service, and affordable prices you come back for again and again! From classic pasta dishes and pizzas to sandwiches, burgers, and shareables, Elroy’s Italian American is a place where regulars become friends and every meal feels like home.
But where does the name Elroy’s come from? Elroy was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on March 11, 1920, to Arthur and Margaret Kern. Elroy believed that good ideas deserve a chance in the business world and that good salespeople should be rewarded. Moreover, he believed that if you show people a good product and value, they would become your loyal customers.
Elroy's Italian-American Restaurant is owned by Shawn Kern and his grandfather, Tom Kern, both descendants of Elroy. They continue what Elroy and Carol began those many years ago, a business built on a good idea and inspired by the belief that the only way to gain loyal customers is to give people a good product at a great value. It's an idea and a place that would do Elroy proud.
