Todd has been a compliance officer for 23 years working out of the Cincinnati, Toledo, and Cleveland Area offices, specializing in foundries, steel mills, refineries, and chemical manufacturing.  He became the Compliance Assistance Specialist in April 2020 and he is now responsible for VPP audits, Partnerships, Alliances, and outreach in Northern Ohio.
