Experienced Security System Technician

• Installation, repair, and operation of electronic security and related electronic systems
• Program Panels and assist customers to set notifications and alerts
• Builds and maintains surveillance equipment

We are looking for an experienced technician that is willing to grow with our company. The job is a Monday thru Friday, day time job with no weekends. Northcoast Security was established in 2010 by Roger Kuns, former Marine who moved back to the area and bought the business. He has grown this business from a locksmith company to a full security service company that offers residential, commercial, industrial, and access controls solutions. We have a small town feel with big city solutions.

We are expanding our services and locations fast while staying on top of the best security and technology systems out there. We offer simple solutions to customers that help them feel safe and secure so they can enjoy their busy lives.

The Position:

The position is full-time, Monday thru Friday 8:30-5:00. We offer competitive pay, a retirement match, paid time off, and opportunities to grow within our company.

• Terminates Cat5e wire with RJ45 connectors, IP addressing, Proficiency in Windows OS, knowledge of alarm systems and programming, knowledge of security cameras and adjustments
• Creates LAN using a switch, proficient in computer networking, program IP cameras and NVRs
• Basic computer skills, including up/downloading to control panels.
• Clean driving record.
• Pay based on experience.
