    Job Description
    Sandco Industries is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant.
    QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma (or equivalent), Valid Ohio Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record; Valid Auto Insurance, demonstrate ability to foster and maintain an A+ attitude within all areas of external/internal interaction.
    HOURS: Up to 24 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
    • Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
    • Participate and lead projects to meet deadlines
    • Assist with clerical duties as assigned, including, but not limited to: filing, typing letters & reports, copying documents, operating and maintaining office equipment, and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
    • Distribute incoming correspondence.
    • Maintains Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status.
    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for Managers.
    • Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, and office keys.
    • Record board meeting minutes and preparation for board meetings.
    • Records minutes at various meetings and archives them accordingly.
    Essential Functions of the Position:

    • Ability to lead projects and meet deadlines
    • Operation of computer, phone, and office equipment for business/service.
    • Communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude.
    • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
    • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentially.
