    Fiscal officer reports to the Board of Trustees.  Business Manager serves on the library administrative team. Responsible for ensuring sound fiscal management, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to local, state, and federal government, including human resources, payroll, and all accounting.  Supervises bookkeeper and maintenance manager.  Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, knowledge of and experience with local government accounting a plus.  Full details on how to apply at www.birchard.lib.oh.us
