Such postures would include simple\n\nforward bends\, twists\, standing asanas\, as well as basic breathing and relaxation\n\ntechniques. With careful attention to correct form\, the introduction of new postures\, and\n\nrepetition of learned postures with variations\, the participant will gain the foundation\n\nnecessary for a solid yoga practice. Participants will increase flexibility\, strengthen\, tone\,\n\nand revitalize their body. Yoga postures and breath-work improve insomnia\, reduce\n\nstress\, help digestion\, and reduce back and joint pain. Please bring your own yoga mat.\n\n **No class on July 22nd.
