The ribbon cutting will take place at 200 South Front St\, Fremont. \n\nOtto and Urban Flower Shop opened in 1962 by Charlotte and Ed Urban\, and now managed by their daughter Lynn Urban. Lynn has decided to move downtown offering the "same services in a new location".
