Group Health Insurance

The Chamber of Commerce has a group health & life insurance program under the Community Health Plan Alliance (CHPA). The insurance provider for CHPA is currently Summa Care. Like any health insurance program, you will need to talk to an insurance agent to see if you qualify and to see what plans are available through Summa Care that fit your needs.

MEMBER TO MEMBER

One of the many benefits of being a Chamber of Commerce of Sandusky County member is having the opportunity to participate in our Member-to-Member Discount Program. This special program offers Chamber of Commerce members (and their employees) discounts on products and services from other Chamber members. It also helps your business increase its visibility in the business community.

Member-to-Member discounts are promoted throughout the year via the Chamber of Commerce of Sandusky County website, and other emails, and /or promotional flyers distributed by the Chamber. Discounts are publicized for one year. Any discount made available via the program must be better than any other advertised promotion typically offered.

The following Discount Criteria must be met in order to participate in this program:

         • Participant must be a Chamber of Commerce of Sandusky County member in good standing
      • Discount needs to have a specific value
      • Discount must be exclusive to Chamber members rather than a general discount offered through other organizations.

Approval Process

• All discounts must be approved by the Chamber Board of Trustees or Executive Committee prior to its appearance on
the Chamber of Commerce website.
