The Chamber Foundation of Sandusky County is a charitable 501c3 entity.  Established during the Chamber of Commerce 60^th Year Celebration in 2006, the foundation is a vehicle to enhance the quality of life in Sandusky County through the Chamber of Commerce and charitable organizations.  Individuals, corporations and organizations wishing to make contributions to address community needs and opportunities can do so through the Chamber’s Foundation.

The foundation is going to hold a first annual “Best of Sandusky County ~ Pizza Challenge” in the spring of 2008 to broaden the awareness of the Foundation, the Chamber and to raise funds to be disseminated amongst the schools that reach Sandusky County in the form of scholarships.  A long-range goal is to develop a scholarship fund for children of Chamber members.

The Annual Meeting of the Chamber Foundation of Sandusky County will be held on January 28, 2008.  The Chamber Foundation is comprised of three members from the Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees, two additional chamber members and a minimum of one ex-officio member who is the Chamber Financial Coordinator or the Chamber President/CEO.
